On the second floor you will find 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and balconies with beautiful views, 2 bathrooms, another living room and a small auxiliary kitchen.
Number of rooms: 6 rooms / 3 bathrooms / 2 living – dining room / 2 kitchens / porches – terraces / BBQ / pool / 3.000m2 / Parking / fenced land / air conditioning and heating.
Rentals of less than 7 days will be charged € 150 cleaning fee.
The Ecotax will be paid in cash upon arrival of the client at home.
